I have had the privilege of learning from some amazing masters regarding the complementary holistic medicine modalities such as meditation, yoga, qigong, nutrition, cleanses, integrative hypnotherapy, massage therapy, herbal medicine and functional medicine, chiropractic. acupuncture and more. I have participated in many self development personal and professional growth workshops and have experienced breakdowns in life and breakthroughs. I know it takes multiple resiliency techniques to get through life’s challenges, infertility being one of them.
I also was raised pretty much off grid, where the babies were born at home, we took herbs when we were sick, etc. so I know health isn’t that complicated. It comes down to right livelihood in all ways, work, nutrition, prayer, exercise, music, singing, dancing, playing, etc. We must especially watch for fear inducing environmental toxins including movies and such that we may watch, listen or read.
Most of what we view externally in media may have advertisers who are trying to manipulate us for example into buying that specific car, doing that thing or thinking something as we may feel emotional about what we see and subconsciously react. Conversely, when we are outside, maybe listening to the waves on the beach or watching a bird in a tall tree, we may have an entirely different feeling. Like that we are connected to something bigger than ourselves, fertility is natural, we can relax and trust ourselves and the amazing healing power of nature.
Here is an interview I did with a wonderful coach named Lisa Bennett who assists woman in releasing their fears, especially through the fertility journey:
Here again, are some suggestions that came from the people in the
”Blue Zones”,( longest living, happiest cultures, around the world) in regards to activities to help us to feel more connected to Mother nature and be free of fears. A sense of purpose and a sense of belonging are the two most important indicators of longevity, vitality and happiness, according to this amazing book LINK.
Another great book to build resiliency in the face of adversity is Option B: Facing Adversity, Building Resilience, and Finding Joy
